Dummiez does not ship to states or localities where such products are prohibited by law.

The products sold by Dummiez are hemp-derived pre-rolls and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). 4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Dummiez ships to eligible states within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our hemp-derived pre-roll products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email address on our Contact page and we will work to make it right.
