RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Due to the nature of our hemp-derived products, opened or used items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Sale or clearance items (final sale)
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond within 2 to 3 business days with return instructions.

Once approved, ship the item back using the provided return details.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photo evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact support to request an exchange.
