PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 12 PM Central Time may be processed the following business day.


SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days and is calculated at checkout.
Expedited shipping takes 2 to 3 business days and is calculated at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over 50 dollars.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high volume periods.


ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility in the United States.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with the shipping provider.


INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
